Electrical Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating within a team, the remote Senior Designer in Electrical will take design and construction projects from concept to completion, focusing on building systems design, engineering calculations, and producing construction documents while ensuring high-quality work from both themselves and junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design building systems and perform engineering calculations for various projects
• Produce construction documents and prepare technical documentation in collaboration with the team
• Coordinate work across an integrated team of designers, architects, and engineers, ensuring quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education
• Experience in electrical engineering design for buildings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software programs
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team environment
