Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Electrical Designer for a fully remote contract-to-hire position, who will design duct banks, cable trays, and electrical systems for power generation projects while ensuring compliance with engineering codes.
Key responsibilities
- Design duct banks, embedded conduits, cable trays, and lighting systems from concept to completion
- Develop 3D models and perform calculations to ensure compliance with NEC requirements
- Coordinate project updates and resolve design issues with the project team
Required qualifications
- Experience in Design and Drafting disciplines
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, and SP3D
- Ability to conceptualize designs in a 3D environment
- Experience with power generation projects, particularly duct banks and cable trays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
