Electrical Designer - FL Licensed
Job Summary
To support the design and development of modular buildings and data center infrastructure, the full-time salaried Electrical Designer - FL Licensed will perform electrical, instrumentation, and controls design work, create detailed drawings using Revit, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams, while working remotely from specified states.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Design for Capital Projects
- Create client issue drawings and detailed fabrication drawings using Revit
- Prepare single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel schedules while providing technical support to operations and maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent science degree
- 5+ years of related experience in a Design Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering role
- 5+ years of Electrical, Instrumentation, or Controls installation experience
- Advanced knowledge of technical standards and guidelines (API, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, etc.)
- Expertise in creating solutions to complex, non-routine problems
