Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power Systems Engineer to join their Data and Innovation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize ML/AI models for load, generation, and price forecasting
• Design and analyze electrical systems for decarbonization pathways and renewable integration
• Conduct technical due diligence on projects involving electrical infrastructure and energy storage

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Expertise in the electric power industry and exposure to wholesale electricity markets
• Proficiency in AC/DC power flow models and production-cost models
• Experience in statistical modeling and data analysis using Python, R, or MATLAB
• Familiarity with energy market structures and reliability standards
