Job Summary

Driving the design and development of cutting-edge hardware, the full-time Hardware (Electrical) Engineer will manage the full hardware development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with military and aerospace standards while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in Rosslyn, VA.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the full hardware development lifecycle, including component selection, schematic capture, and PCB design
  • Own the design and rigorous testing of electrical boards to meet military and aerospace standards
  • Identify and implement opportunities for system improvements through analysis and iterative design enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in schematic design of circuit boards to military standards (7+ years for Senior level)
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers for hardware verification
  • Strong technical skills in Electrical CAD software, preferably Altium, and FPGA board design
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, regulated environments involving military standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
