Electrical Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the execution of capital projects in aluminum extrusion facilities, the full-time Electrical Engineer will be responsible for electrical power and controls engineering, equipment upgrades, and managing installations while collaborating with plant teams and contractors to ensure system performance and safety.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the safe, on-time, and on-budget development and execution of capital projects
- Provide electrical engineering and design from concept through hand-off using the established PESHA process
- Collaborate with internal and external engineering resources, equipment suppliers, and construction contractors
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment as an electrical engineer
- Experience managing million-dollar capital projects
- Experience reviewing and evaluating electrical designs for new industrial equipment
- Experience with industrial power distribution systems
