Electrical Engineer - Building Technology

Job Summary

To support innovative building technology projects, the full-time Electrical Engineer - Building Technology will plan, develop, and implement electrical systems for buildings, focusing on energy efficiency and compliance, while collaborating with international project teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement customer-specific requirements for electrical building systems in tender and specification documents
• Provide technical support during the design, execution, and installation phases, including fire and intrusion alarm systems, CCTV, and lighting
• Collaborate closely with international project teams and support proposal teams with modern technical solutions and cost calculations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's qualification in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
• Experience in electrical planning and execution of technical building equipment, preferably in an industrial setting
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D planning tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or BIM360
• Experience in intercultural project collaboration and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong German language skills and good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken
