Electrical Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer to design control solutions for conveyor systems in distribution and warehouse applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop overall system design using IEC/US standards and customer specifications
• Utilize Autodesk ACAD-E to create electrical drawings and layouts
• Mentor junior engineers and troubleshoot electrical circuits and networks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• B.S. Degree in Engineering with 6-10 years of relevant experience, or M.S. Degree with 4-8 years of experience
• Experience in material handling systems and electrical components
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and UL508A standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD-Electrical for creating electrical schematics
• Familiarity with industrial network protocols and PLC programming is a plus
