Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electrical Engineering Consultant for Data Center Due Diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support due diligence by assessing the target company's PDUs and STS for performance and reliability
• Provide technical leadership by optimizing device performance and identifying risks in the target's architecture
• Evaluate operational readiness for growth and deliver reports to inform acquisition decisions

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with firms like Siemens, ABB, or Eaton
• Deep knowledge of energy flow in industrial facilities, especially data centers
• Hands-on experience with PDUs and STS design or optimization
• Leadership experience in general management and operational roles
• Proficiency in evaluating software/firmware for operational interfaces
