Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Supporting HV Substation and BESS projects, the contract Remote Electrical Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership and oversight while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for HV Substation and BESS projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design, construction, and commissioning meet standards
• Coordinate with utility companies, developers, and EPC contractors for project execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US utility, developer, or EPC roles
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical)
• Strong knowledge of HV Substation design and BESS project requirements
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Experience with UL, IEEE, and NEC standards is preferred
