Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Supporting HV Substation and BESS projects, the remote Electrical Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership, collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate with utility companies and contractors throughout the project lifecycle on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for HV Substation and BESS projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design, construction, and commissioning meet client requirements
• Coordinate with utility companies, developers, and EPC contractors to facilitate project execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US utility, developer, or EPC roles
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical)
• Strong knowledge of HV Substation design and BESS project requirements
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Experience with UL, IEEE, NEC standards is preferred
