Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Supporting HV Substation and BESS projects, the contract-based Remote Electrical Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership, collaborate with project teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards while working from a remote location.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for HV Substation and BESS projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design, construction, and commissioning meet client requirements
• Coordinate with utility companies, developers, and EPC contractors to facilitate project execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US utility, developer, or EPC work in relevant engineering roles
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical)
• Strong knowledge of HV Substation design and BESS project requirements
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Experience with UL, IEEE, NEC standards is preferred
