Electrical Engineering Pod Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Pod Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a pod of Engineering Design Specialists, overseeing task assignments, deliverable reviews, and mentoring
• Oversee pod outputs and maintain reproducible simulation environments, supporting cloud infrastructure and resolving technical issues
• Design high-difficulty electrical engineering problems and set quality standards for the pod through personal contributions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• At least 5 years of hands-on design experience in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical lead or team coordination role
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Hands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
