Electrical Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electrical Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for electrical building projects, including expansions and upgrades
• Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine scope, materials, and labor needs
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to refine cost projections and ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation for data center or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and civil components
• Background with low voltage and medium voltage electrical components such as VFDs, switchgear, and MCCs highly preferred
• Proficiency in estimating software
