Electrical Estimator

Job Summary

Focusing on electrical demolition and systems, the full-time Electrical Estimator will produce accurate cost estimates, collaborate with clients and design teams, and utilize estimating software to support pre-construction efforts in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications
• Develop and submit RFIs while soliciting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct electrical quantity take-offs and perform comparative cost analyses for budget alignment

Required qualifications

• Familiarity with building electrical systems preferred
• Experience with OST or similar estimating software preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
