Electrical Estimator

Job Summary

To support a diverse range of projects, the part-time remote Electrical / Systems Construction Estimator will perform estimating activities for electrical components, including developing comprehensive estimates and reviewing project specifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive estimates in accordance with electrical construction estimating practices
• Perform detailed reviews of project plans and specifications, including quantity takeoffs for electrical equipment
• Coordinate with the estimating team and solicit quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience as a technical consultant in a related industry
• Demonstrated experience with electrical estimating practices
• Clear understanding of construction contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, and standard industry estimating software
