Electrical Hardware Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of electrical engineers, the full-time Electrical Hardware Manager will oversee the design and development of products and technical solutions, focusing on improving existing products and supporting new business opportunities, with the option to work remotely or on-site in St. George, Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of new product introduction (NPI) commitments and manage schedule and budget estimating for design projects
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while collaborating with Supply Chain teams on project expectations
• Make strategic decisions impacting the quality and efficiency of the team's work and participate in technical and program reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience in aerospace or industrial products
• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership or team management
