Electrical Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance & Technical (M&T) Instructor (Electrical) remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training processes, programs, and procedures for a new training department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Create and execute strategies for training program accreditation and revise programs based on plant design changes
• Prepare trainee evaluation materials and maintain auditable training records and reports

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of commercial nuclear power plant electrical maintenance experience; military experience may substitute
• Mastery of skills in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of training programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to evolving plant design and procedural challenges
• High degree of trust, integrity, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
