Job Summary

A company is looking for a Natrium Maintenance Developer/Instructor (Electrical).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training programs and materials for maintenance and technical personnel
• Conduct in-depth instruction on the operation and maintenance of nuclear plant electrical systems
• Assess and evaluate trainees' proficiency through various testing and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2 years of commercial power plant experience in nuclear electrical maintenance or 4 years of military nuclear experience
• Mastery of skills in the analysis, design, and development of training programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
• High degree of trust and integrity with a focus on teamwork
