Electrical Maintenance Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance & Technical Instructor (Electrical) to develop training programs for the Natrium Demonstration Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Maintenance & Technical training processes and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Design and conduct hands-on training exercises and evaluate trainees' proficiency in electrical systems
• Coordinate with various departments and organizations to enhance training programs and maintain training records

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial nuclear power plant electrical maintenance or equivalent military experience
• Mastery of skills in the development and evaluation of training programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
• Experience in technical writing and preparation of training materials
