Job Summary
Leading the technical vision for fleet monitoring, the full-time remote Electrical Monitoring Technical Leader will define monitoring strategies across electrical systems and turbine controls, develop monitoring infrastructure, and provide senior technical leadership throughout the monitoring lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the technical vision and monitoring strategy for electrical, controls, and operability domains
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of monitoring infrastructure and analytical workflows
- Provide senior technical leadership on complex fleet issues and mentor monitoring engineers on best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience
- Significant experience with wind turbine systems, particularly in electrical systems and turbine controls
- Proven experience in developing fleet monitoring strategies and diagnostic methodologies
- Strong knowledge of SCADA data and operational data analysis techniques
- Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable monitoring strategies
