Electrical Plant Integration Engineer

Job Summary

To support engineering and design collaboration for a plant project, the long-term contract Electrical Plant Integration Engineer will provide technical and administrative support, oversee procurement activities, and interface with diverse design teams, either onsite in Bellevue, WA or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering and design collaboration between Nuclear Island Systems and the EPC Contractor
• Provide technical oversight of procurement activities related to electrical systems and review design deliverables
• Coordinate electrical scope with other disciplines and prepare technical responses to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission

Required qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of direct electrical systems experience
• Familiarity with nuclear electrical systems design and Class 1E standards
• Proficiency with design tools such as ETAP, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks
• Experience with design control and quality assurance standards
