Electrical Product Support Specialist

Job Summary

As a part-time hourly Technical Product Support Specialist in Electrical, the candidate will assist customers by providing product selection, post-sales support, and troubleshooting assistance via telephone for a wide range of electrical products.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with external and internal customers to provide technical product support and solutions
• Utilize multiple computer programs to document customer interactions and navigate product searches
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise through training and feedback from customer interactions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience with electrical or lighting systems
• Experience with Industrial Controls and Automation
• Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously
