Electrical Site Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing construction, building, and commissioning activities on customer sites, the full-time remote Electrical Site Manager will manage site teams, ensure compliance with schedules and budgets, and contribute to strategy and policy development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site teams and manage execution of project scope during ITO and OTR phases
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulations regarding schedule, quality, and cost
• Utilize technical expertise for data analysis and decision-making to support project execution and strategy development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in an electrical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning
• Deep understanding of electrical design principles
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed
