Electrical Systems Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electrical Systems Test Engineer, Air Dominance and Strike.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of testing throughout the product lifecycle, including Development Verification Testing, Acceptance Test Procedures, Qualification Testing, Integration Testing, and System-Level Hardware-in-the-Loop testing
• Take ownership of test infrastructure by configuring, integrating, upgrading, and sustaining hardware, software, harnesses, and instrumentation
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure traceability, including asset tracking, calibration records, test configurations, procedures, test results, and version control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in electrical system testing, troubleshooting, or test infrastructure management, ideally in the defense or aerospace industry
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and data acquisition systems
• Strong understanding of test methodologies, configuration management, and traceability practices
• Ability to train and mentor team members and work effectively in cross-functional teams
