Electrical Technical Advisor

Job Summary

To support the installation and commissioning of hydroelectric power projects, the full-time remote Electrical Technical Advisor will ensure compliance with design, technical standards, and safety regulations while providing technical guidance to on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure EHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture on-site
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to construction teams while monitoring critical installation processes
• Coordinate with subcontractors and participate in inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hydroelectric generator operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of hydroelectric plant systems and structures
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical installation for turbines or generators
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
