Electrical Training Developer Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance & Technical (M&T) Training Developer / Instructor - Electrical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver in-depth electrical training for nuclear plant systems
• Design and execute hands-on training exercises and maintain training curricula
• Prepare and administer examinations and maintain auditable training records

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years total experience, including 2 years in commercial nuclear power plant electrical maintenance
• At least 4 years of military nuclear experience
• Demonstrated expertise in M&T training program development and evaluation
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to evolving plant designs and regulatory compliance
