Electrical Training Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance & Technical (M&T) Training Instructor (Electrical).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver in-depth electrical training for nuclear plant electrical systems
• Design and execute hands-on training exercises and maintain training curricula
• Prepare examinations and maintain instructional accuracy based on regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years total experience, including 2 years in commercial nuclear power plant electrical maintenance
• At least 4 years of military nuclear experience
• Experience in the design and evaluation of M&T training programs
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to evolving plant designs and regulatory compliance
