Electro/Mechanical Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electro/Mechanical Technician for the 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical functions, PLCs, and electrical systems
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and document work performed
• Evaluate equipment for repairs and enhancements, and manage inventory of replacement parts

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in related fields
• Broad knowledge of PLCs, electrical principles, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints
• Familiarity with safety practices such as lockout/tagout
