Electronic Data Exchange Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Electronic Data Exchange Analyst will process ongoing data feeds to identify and resolve data issues while developing analytical skills and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage conflicts and changes to ensure stakeholder alignment on data exchanges
• Utilize requirements to communicate effectively with stakeholders and refine business needs
• Assess proposed solutions for data limitations and identify necessary adjustments or workarounds

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience with group insurance file feeds is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously for data research
• Deadline-driven with a capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
