Electronic Data Exchange Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Workforce Benefits team, the full-time remote Electronic Data Exchange Analyst will process file feeds for voluntary, life, and disability benefits, create implementation plans, and ensure data quality through ongoing analysis and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete file feed processing from implementation to active production file management
• Develop and maintain processes for managing requirements and ensure stakeholder communication throughout feed implementation
• Identify data issues and collaborate with business partners to refine solutions and validate that they meet business needs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Experience with group insurance file feeds strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
