• Provide ongoing support and participate in system upgrades and vendor selection processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• Epic proficiency is highly preferred
• Strong documentation expertise and analytical thinking required
• Experience in application testing and workflow analysis is beneficial
