Electronic Health Records Analyst

Job Summary

To support the technical infrastructure of health data exchanges, the contract Electronic Health Records Data Quality Analyst will manage data integrations, develop complex queries using SQL and SAS, and ensure the stability of the HealthConnex Clinical Portal while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support technical infrastructure for NC HIEA and SAS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance
• Manage and coordinate change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the HealthConnex Clinical Portal
• Develop and support complex data queries for data validation, transformation, and reporting

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in effective communication and community engagement with diverse healthcare stakeholders
• 5 years of technical proficiency in healthcare data systems and digital platforms
• 5 years of experience in relationship building with providers, patients, and partners
• 3 years of experience in data-driven outreach, including gathering and analyzing data for strategic engagement
• 3 years of experience in managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving community and technical needs
