Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Electronic Payment Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational decisions for payment portals to enhance customer payment experience and efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee payment processing, ensuring service levels and issue resolution
• Develop automated reporting tools to analyze payment performance and provide insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in electronic payments or financial operations within a US-based environment
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with vendor and payment process platforms such as Stripe, Visa, and Zuora
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of data reporting tools like Looker or Power BI
