Electronics Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electronics-Manufacturing Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing process for products, improving methods and ensuring quality control
• Provide technical support for assembly and testing, including troubleshooting PCBs and developing manufacturing test specifications
• Manage product introduction, change management, and training for production staff to enhance operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in electronics
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (electronics focused)
• Advanced ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings related to electronic assemblies
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing techniques, and ERP/PLM systems
• Proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Office and PCB design related software
