Eligibility Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Analyst - LHB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and modify eligibility data in company systems according to established procedure and client requirements
• Respond to inquiries from employees/members, clients, brokers, and co-workers via phone, written communication, and electronic platforms
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of Eligibility and/or benefits experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow-up on tasks
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
