Eligibility Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Analyst for a full-time remote position in the United States of America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Makes a high volume of outbound telephone calls, imaging documents, and completing data entry
• Applies Coordination of Benefit (COB) Rules and establishing Order of Benefits
• Gathers claim overpayment information from healthcare providers and pursues overpayments

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma along with one (1) year previous experience in a relevant field
• Typing skills of a minimum of 45 wpm
• Basic knowledge of working computers/scanners/excel/word
• High Volume Outbound Call Center or Customer Service roles are a plus
• Must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
