Eligibility and Enrollment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tapestry Eligibility Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Eligibility and Enrollment functionality in the Tapestry system
• Manage member enrollment activities including new enrollments, renewals, disenrollments, and changes
• Validate eligibility data and troubleshoot enrollment-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment modules
• Understanding of healthcare payer operations, preferably Medicaid or Managed Care
• Knowledge of enrollment life-cycle events and eligibility rules
• Experience in data validation and system support
