Key Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-underwriting research and processes applications requiring underwriting review
• Handles outgoing correspondence and identifies opportunities for process improvement
• Processes enrollment applications and collaborates with other departments to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience in a specialized customer service environment or two years of college with one year of related experience
• Must pass company proficiency test: Customer Service Assessment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently
