Job Summary
A company is looking for an Eligibility & Member Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve client challenges related to member management in collaboration with brokers and employers
- Identify root causes of discrepancies and develop resolution plans for eligibility and billing issues
- Build strong relationships with clients and coordinate communications to ensure exceptional customer experience
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, product compliance, or group benefits operations
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications
- Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Expert knowledge of Workforce Benefits platforms and systems is preferred
