Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility & Member Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve client challenges related to member management in collaboration with brokers and employers
  • Identify root causes of discrepancies and develop resolution plans for eligibility and billing issues
  • Build strong relationships with clients and coordinate communications to ensure exceptional customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, product compliance, or group benefits operations
  • Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Expert knowledge of Workforce Benefits platforms and systems is preferred
