Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees and maintains eligibility data and processes for clients, including monitoring electronic file loads and generating reports
  • Performs urgent eligibility changes to prevent access to care issues and missed performance guarantees
  • Collaborates with clients and Account Management to report data errors and participates in audits and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning skills and processes of the role
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Participation in and support for compliance program objectives
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
