Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and maintains eligibility data and processes for clients, including monitoring electronic file loads and generating reports
- Performs urgent eligibility changes to prevent access to care issues and missed performance guarantees
- Collaborates with clients and Account Management to report data errors and participates in audits and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning skills and processes of the role
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Participation in and support for compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
