Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Coordinator to manage insurance eligibility processes in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage telephone communications with staff and insurance representatives
  • Ensure accurate documentation and updates regarding insurance eligibility for all patients
  • Participate in employee orientation and education related to the Eligibility department
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in health care billing and/or authorization practices
  • General knowledge of home care operations and third-party reimbursement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
