Job Summary
To support the Claim Adjudication Operations team, the full-time remote Coordinator, Eligibility will manage client eligibility processes, ensuring accurate administration of benefits while collaborating with various internal teams and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees and maintains eligibility data and processes for clients, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Performs urgent eligibility changes to prevent access issues and ensures compliance with performance guarantees
- Collaborates with clients and Account Management to report data errors and participate in audits and meetings
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimal experience or training to begin learning role-specific skills and processes
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to support compliance program objectives
- Consistent cooperative interaction with other employees
