Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Protect patient and organization confidentiality through effective controls and supervision
- Receive, review, and process Central Intake referral requests accurately and timely
- Track individual key performance indicators and participate in team meetings and special projects
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in home healthcare
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and EMR systems
- Understanding of patient plan of care and standard insurance eligibility
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
