Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect patient and organization confidentiality through effective controls and supervision
  • Receive, review, and process Central Intake referral requests accurately and timely
  • Track individual key performance indicators and participate in team meetings and special projects
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in home healthcare
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and EMR systems
  • Understanding of patient plan of care and standard insurance eligibility
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
