Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Operations Advisor I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide enrollment assistance and program information to eligible recipients
  • Verify and document health care coverage for recipients and families
  • Complete reports, handle customer inquiries, and maintain active cases

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, health care, or government-sponsored industry
  • Experience working on the phone making inquiries and answering calls
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
  • Experience in MassHealth or call center is preferred
  • Working knowledge of health care terminology is a plus
