Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience
Manage client eligibility file setup, monitoring, and issue resolution
Document client business requirements and lead discussions on data integrations and workflows

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in analytics, implementation, client services, or operations in healthcare services or technology
Knowledge of eligibility file import ETLs and healthcare file formats such as 834 or HL7
Familiarity with MySQL or PostgresSQL
Understanding of SSO technologies like SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in relevant fields is a plus
