Eligibility Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Service Representative who is experienced in managing eligibility inquiries and providing customer support through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries while collaborating with the Benefits Enrollment team on eligibility issues
• Manage caregiver requests within required turnaround times and conduct outreach to internal partners as necessary
• Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Russian/English or Korean/English
• High School diploma or GED; some college or business school education is advantageous
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions, premium billing, and collections
• Prior high-volume call center experience and general knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
