Eligibility Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Service Representative - Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries regarding eligibility and coverage
• Collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team to address eligibility and co-premium issues
• Manage caregiver requests and conduct outreach to internal partners as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Flexible availability for alternate schedules, including shifts from 11AM to 9PM EST
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions
• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior high-volume call center experience preferred
