A company is looking for an Eligibility Specialist 2 who will assist patients in accessing financial assistance for medical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced eligibility screenings and provide guidance on financial assistance programs
• Facilitate the application process for programs such as Medicaid and Medicare, ensuring timely submission of documentation
• Act as a liaison between patients, hospital staff, and government agencies to establish eligibility and resolve coverage issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or financial counseling
• Flexibility to support multiple hospital locations and in-home patient visits
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable internet connection and a secure workspace
