Elixir Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Elixir Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain features within distributed systems and web applications using Phoenix and Elixir
• Participate in technical design, planning, and collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team culture and operational support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Professional experience with Elixir or another functional programming language in production environments
• Experience building web applications using Phoenix and familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines for automated processes
